Hi there! My mission is to empower fellow over-doers to balance the busyness with inner stillness through the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra.
When I discovered Yoga and Yoga Nidra in 2006 as an overwhelmed school teacher, everything shifted. For the first time, I touched a space of calm that settled my scattered ferret-like energy. With steady practice, the ability to access this focus and stillness began to seep into “regular” life, even when craziness was swirling around me. I have two small kids now; chaos is a given!
Driven to share these timeless tools for the art of conscious living, I became a Yoga Instructor and a Yoga Nidra Guide for both adults and kids. As a forever-student, it is my passion to communicate these teachings with levity and warmth in a dynamic but un-fussy approach with anyone who wants to live a more intentional, connected life.
